How's everyone doing today? It is now time for the Tip of the Day! I learned about this idea recently from Earl Nightingale, he takes all the credit for this idea. Each day, spend an hour exercising your mind. On a blank sheet of paper first write down the primary goal you want to achieve, then write down twenty ideas of how you can improve yourself towards achieving your goal. Next, this part is my suggestion and can be optional depending on what goal you have in mind, write down twenty ideas of how you can achieve your goal even if you really don't know how to from a theoretical perspective at least. No matter how absurd the idea may sound, make sure to write it down. Doing this exercise each day will help you generate a hundred ideas per week of improvements towards achieving your goal. Do not be discouraged by your goal, from what Earl Nightingale has said, "think of your goal as only a problem waiting to be solved". Click here to see the video I got this idea from.
